Batch Hoist E-Coat Line
Batch Hoist E-Coat Line is a fully-automatic batchtype complete electrophoretic coating plant. Workpiece batches are sequentially transferred to each station by hoist. Pre-treatment, ecoating, rinsing, drying and curing are completed with workpieces stationary at stations. Each station features independently configurable dwell time, offering excellent process parameter controllability and consistent coating film quality. It is suitable for electrophoretic production of multivariety, mediumandsmallbatch metal workpieces.
