Power-and-Free E-Coat Line is a high-performance fully-automatic complete electrophoretic coating system. Featuring a power-and-free overhead conveyor as the core transport unit, it allows workpiece buffering and production-rate adjustment, covering the full sequence of pretreatment, e-coating, multi-stage rinsing and drying-curing. The line runs automatically with little manual intervention, producing uniform, consistent coating films with superior anti-corrosion performance.
