The training featured a site visit to a benchmark production line—a high-end continuous hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg (zinc-aluminum-magnesium) galvanizing line independently developed and designed by Ruima Intelligent.

This production line serves as a benchmark demonstration project for intelligent and green manufacturing in the industry. Equipped with precision process models and dynamic control systems independently developed by Ritman Intelligent, it enables precise control over critical parameters such as production temperature and coating thickness, delivering comprehensive performance that exceeds standard industry benchmarks. Additionally, the line features an end-to-end intelligent operation and maintenance system; utilizing smart sensing and big data technologies, it monitors core production indicators in real-time, ensuring a consistently high first-pass yield. The products are suitable for a wide range of high-end applications, including home appliances, new energy vehicles, and photovoltaic infrastructure, fully demonstrating Ritman Intelligent's robust technical capabilities.
