Hot-dip galvanizing is a fundamental process in the field of metal anti-corrosion, widely applied in construction, transportation, electric power and other industries. In terms of waste gas treatment, RITMAN Equipment has revolutionized traditional treatment methods and independently developed an acid mist purification system. Adopting the combined processes of micro-negative pressure control and multi-stage spraying, it prevents pollutant leakage at the source. This system keeps the acid mist concentration generated during the pickling process below 5mg/m³.

In the field of wastewater treatment, RITMAN Equipment has established a closed-loop treatment system of neutralization precipitation + oxidation + filtration, realizing wastewater recycling and zero discharge of heavy metals. The wastewater reuse rate exceeds 85%, and only a small amount of fresh water needs to be supplemented to maintain stable system operation.

Energy conservation and zinc consumption optimization further highlight the green advantages of RITMAN Equipment production lines. The low-energy hot-dip galvanizing line integrates waste heat recovery technology, reducing the exhaust gas temperature of the zinc furnace from 650℃ to below 120℃, and cutting natural gas consumption by approximately 4 cubic meters per ton compared with traditional production lines. Supported by the MES intelligent system and deep learning algorithms, more than 300 process parameters are monitored in real time. On the premise of guaranteeing coating quality, zinc consumption is reduced by 5%–15%. Equipped with a zinc ash recycling device, the utilization rate of zinc ash is increased to 95%.
