Equipped with RGV automated guided vehicles, RITMAN Equipment’s production lines realize fully unattended operation from pre-treatment to galvanizing. The traveling RGV boasts a positioning accuracy of ±10 millimeters, while the lifting RGV achieves ±5 millimeters, capable of processing more than 10 batches of workpieces per hour. This greatly elevates overall productivity, with a single production line cutting annual costs by over one million yuan compared with conventional production methods.
