Independently developed by RITMAN Equipment, the MES intelligent management system captures real-time data of over hundreds of core process parameters, including acid concentration, zinc liquid temperature and dipping time, enabling precise monitoring and dynamic regulation of the entire production process. Integrated with extensive process databases for diverse materials and deep learning algorithms, the system automatically optimizes production schedules and realizes seamless coordination among craftsmanship, equipment and quality. This shifts production decision-making from experience-based judgment to data-driven governance.

Through automated upgrading, precise and controllable processing is achieved, driving a leap-forward improvement in production efficiency. Breaking the traditional manual operation model, RITMAN Equipment has established an automated system featuring intelligent control and closed-loop regulation to ensure accurate management of every working procedure. The on-line detection accuracy of coating thickness reaches ±0.5μm, boosting inspection efficiency by 10 times compared with manual work. The dynamic compensation system for zinc liquid temperature limits the temperature error within ±5℃, stabilizing zinc liquid conditions and extending the service life of furnaces and kilns.

The implementation of unmanned operations further unlocks production potential. Equipped with RGV automated guided vehicles, RITMAN Equipment’s production lines realize fully unattended operation from pre-treatment to galvanizing. The traveling RGV boasts a positioning accuracy of ±10 millimeters, while the lifting RGV achieves ±5 millimeters, capable of processing more than 10 batches of workpieces per hour. This greatly elevates overall productivity, with a single production line cutting annual costs by over one million yuan compared with conventional production methods.
